INDOMET PENTA and INDOMET TETRA have been specially developed for usage in diffusion pumps. Our oils are suitable for all types of diffusion pumps. They are designed for a very wide vacuum pressure range. The vapor pressure and backflow are so low, that the use of cold traps is not required for most vacuum applications. Ultra-high vacuum up to the 10E-11 mbar range can be achieved with cold traps, without cold traps up to the 10E-10 mbar range.

INDOMET PENTA and INDOMET TETRA are REACH registered and GHS and OSHA compliant. For the REACH registration, our oils have been extensively tested by leading laboratories. Excellent physical and chemical properties have been certified and no environmental or health risks have been identified.
